Responsibility ensuing from non-compliance with a lawyer’s duty to inform their client

Este trabajo que se circunscribe al ordenamiento jurídico chileno. Se abordará específicamente la obligación de información que le cabe al abogado una vez perfeccionada la relación contractual con el cliente, dilucidando el fundamento de este deber, las características que tiene esta obligación en relación con su contenido y oportunidad, definiendo además cuales serían las consecuencias de su incumplimiento.
