Reforma energética: entre la consulta popular, los compromisos de grupo y lo massiosare

Abstract

Este ensayo considera que el tema del petróleo en México, siendo complejo, más bien trata de voluntad política: el verdadero problema es que estamos en una situación donde los actores no quieren ponerse de acuerdo, porque hay una gran cantidad de intereses cruzados.

El petróleo ha sido importante para México aunque mal aprovechado; este recurso debe mantener como instancia principal rectora al Estado, simplemente porque es estratégico ahora y más hacia adelante, por que representa la principal fuente de ingresos al país. Pero son necesarios cambios que permitan una mejora por demás necesaria: lo peor que puede ocurrir es que nos quedemos como estamos... sin reforma de clase alguna.
