En enero de este año la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos cumplió noventa años de existencia, acontecimiento que tuvo repercusión en algunos ámbitos académicos pero que en el criterio de nuestra redacción en general cursó de manera bastante intrascendente para la opinión pública. En virtud de eso se consideró que era importante dedicar un espacio de esta edición a tal cuestión, lo que se concibió dentro de la esta sección, en virtud de las opiniones encontradas que pudieran verter los especialistas consultados
