La protección de los derechos humanos de personas extranjeras en el juicio contencioso administrativo

Abstract

Este artículo pretende destacar los criterios jurídicos de las sentencias emitidas por el Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa, emitida en los juicios contenciosos administrativos que hayan emitido en materia de migración y refugio en el periodo comprendido entre 2014-2019. Se profundizará en las principales aportaciones de las sentencias emitidas a la luz de la reforma constitucional de 2011, y en los criterios sustentados por el Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa en los casos resueltos en materia migratoria en donde la autoridad responsable ha sido el Instituto Nacional de Migración. Se destacarán los alcances y límites en la protección de los derechos fundamentales de las personas migrantes que ha realizado el Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa
