In 2015 some documents were adopted to guide international cooperation to global development. Notable among these is the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. From there, the human right to development must be rethought as human right to sustainable development, which will require changes in international cooperation.
This study is based on recovering the link between cooperation and conflict. It aims to find new comprehensions and tools to move forward the fulfillment of the human right to sustainable development from a rereading of Clausewitz.
