La guerra al narco y otras mentiras. Argumentos a favor de la legalización de las drogas en México

El pasado 23 y 24 de septiembre el Departamento de Investigaciones del Instituto de Ciencias Jurídicas de Puebla celebró el Primer Coloquio Internacional, denominado “Narcotráfi co y Violencia en el México Actual”, en el que participaron connotados investigadores, así como actores de la vida política nacional. Tal es el caso de Luis ASTORGA (UNAM); Rubén AGUILAR VALENZUELA (ex vocero presidencial); Miguel CARBONELL (IIJ-UNAM); Porfi rio MUÑOZ LEDO (diputado
federal), entre otros. Las ponencias presentadas serán parte de una obra colectiva dedicada al tema. La revista IUS brinda la primicia de este hecho editorial, la que será, sin duda, una obra polémica y reveladora.
