Children and adolescents are subjects who, due to their age and the range of mental understanding up to the standard of living they have reached, when they are victims of a sexual crime or verbal or psychological aggressions, do not allow them to understand why it has happened to them, even when the aggression is direct from a parent. The objective of this article is to establish the importance of effective parenting and freedom of violence for children and adolescents that derives from the preparation of parents before the procreation of a new life, although the ways of conceiving a child are often not the most efficient, the State could implement at the same time as a follow-up or medical control programs that allow analyzing the emotional state and psycholo- gical of the parents, in order to anticipate some deficient disorder that impacts on the child, such as a risk and the parents do not attract parental conflicts both in culture, verbal way of behaving towards the children, reflection of frustrated dreams or what could not be and this requires the infants an effort that they would not even want to exercise, and in the face of this, another principle granted by the Convention on the Rights of the Child is violated and that is participation in everything that concerns the child, this type of respectful education does not imply be- ing a manipulative or permissive education and in which the parents are deprived of authority the important thing is to direct that paternal authority in accordance with dignity, sensitivity, respect, love and above all tolerance.
