La necesaria reforma al actual sistema de pensiones establecido en la Ley del Seguro Social

Con el apoyo de los datos estadísticos, el análisis legislativo y jurisprudencial realizado a través de los métodos comparado y analítico, a partir del estudio de los requisitos para acceder a los seguros de cesantía en edad avanzada o vejez, de sus esquemas prestacionales y fuentes de financiamiento, el objetivo de este trabajo es analizar en el sistema pensionario establecido en la actual Ley del Seguro Social para identificar sus principales deficiencias y contravenciones, además de exponer las posibles soluciones para abatirlas sin contravenir los derechos fundamentales de los derechohabientes del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social.
