Abstract

Acaba de ver la luz el último libro del politólogo César Cansino, obra que condensa el pensamiento del autor respecto a los problemas y retos que históricamente ha enfrentado la democracia en Latinoamérica. Publicado bajo el sello editorial de la BUAP y el CEPCOM, la obra también presenta los argumentos del autor a favor de una nueva concepción de la democracia y la política para América Latina.

Author Biography

Omar Eduardo Mayorga Gallardo

Licenciado en ciencias políticas; realizó estudios de pregrado en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Camagüey, Cuba. Es coordinador de la licenciatura de ciencias políticas en el Instituto de Ciencias Jurídicas de Puebla y del Departamento Editorial de la misma institución. Actualmente cursa la maestría en ciencias políticas en la Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla y preside el Club de Leones de Calpulalpan, Tlaxcala.
