The lack of regulation of inexcusable judicial error as a violation of the right of access to justice

The present work aims to carry out a brief doctrinal analysis of the figure of judicial error, pointing out its concept, subjects that intervene, causes and types in which it can manifest itself. The foregoing, to have the necessary bases to explain its scope, especially when talking about inexcusable judicial error, the treatment it has received in the Mexican legal system, as well as the reason why the absence of a precise regulation as a form of patrimonial responsibility of the State affects the right of access to justice.
