El derecho a la desconexión digital el los trabajadores fuera de jornada, reconocido en 2018, faculta al trabajador a no responder a las comunicaciones de trabajo del empresario que reciba fuera del horario laboral. El reconocimiento ha suscitado comentarios positivos, pero también algunas críticas por una ambigüedad. La desconexión legal –en el contexto digital- pretende evitar prolongaciones indebidas de la jornada que puedan menoscabar el descanso, la conciliación familiar, la salud, y la intimidad (derecho fundamental).Downloads
