Administración de Justicia, derechos humanos y acceso a la información en México. (una breve historia)

En este artículo damos cuenta de la evolución institucional de la administración de justicia en México desde el periodo virreinal y distinguimos la justicia ordinaria de la jurisdicción extraordinaria que paulatinamente desembocó en la actual incorporación de la doctrina de los derechos humanos al ámbito jurisdiccional. Insistimos entonces en un derecho de transición entre el virreinato y el largo siglo XIX que llega hasta la Revolución Mexicana de 1910 con la incorporación de los derechos sociales bajo un modelo que siguió siendo garantista. Finalmente reportamos algunos casos de avance en materia de acceso a la información como un derecho fundamental propio del siglo XXI.
