Para los días 30 y 31 de agosto el Instituto de Ciencias Jurídicas de Puebla convoca a su segunda jornada científica, bajo el título Transexualidad, Homosexualidad y Problemas de Género en la Familia del siglo xxi. En función de esto se solicitó a la Dra. Caridad Valdés Díaz, catedrática en derecho civil y familiar, destacada investigadora en la temática y miembro de honor de la Asociación Española para el Derecho de Autor, que realizara algunas reflexiones sobre el ámbito familiar dentro del derecho civil, las problemáticas de esta disciplina en la actualidad y cómo se concebiría este próximo evento en el cual ella va impartir una conferencia magistral
