La crítica del derecho como paradigma de la filosofía jurídica

El autor se plantea si puede hablarse de una filosofía del derecho y cuál merece la pena cultivar. Para responder estas cuestiones reseña dos posiciones: el iusnaturalismo y el iuspositivismo, para llegar a la conclusión de que el punto de vista de la crítica, el principio moral que la anima, puede estar reflejado, aunque sólo sea de manera abstracta o fragmentaria, en el sistema jurídico criticado
