The human rights of the mexican nation: Breaking theoretical paradigms for the full exercise of rights through artificial intelligence

Authors

Abstract

The theory of Human Rights has constantly evolved in response to the needs of the population, such as the search for the recognition of Human Rights of the “Mexican Nation,” and the consideration of technological advances, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), as tools to contribute to the exercise of first- and second-generation rights. This documentary research employs the analytic– synthetic method in order to fulfill the general objective: “To contribute to the theory of Human Rights through the development of a new paradigm, ‘the Human Rights of a Nation,’ and to link it with AI as a means of contri- buting to the full exercise of first- and second-generation Human Rights.” As its main results and contributions, the study offers the theoretical development of the proposal for the recognition of the Human Rights of the Mexican Nation, as well as a proposal aimed at facilitating the exercise and enjoyment of first- and second-generation Human Rights.
