Public ethics and good administration of public institutions

Authors

Abstract

The ethical configuration of administration reflects the dimension of objective service to the general interest that should permeate the activity of public authorities. Good administration, insofar as it is aimed at ensuring that the actions of public entities defend, promote and protect human rights, also reflects the ethical perspective inherent in the existence and operation of public bodies.
